Welcome to Fit For Flow! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fit For Flow website, coaching services, assessments (like the EDGE Assessment), courses, and any related products or communications (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Fit For Flow LLC.

By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Who We Work With

Our Services are intended for adults (16+). By using Fit For Flow, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country or have permission from a legal guardian.

2. Coaching Disclaimer

Fit For Flow offers performance coaching, emotional intelligence tools, and flow-state training, not therapy or medical treatment.

  • We do not diagnose or treat mental health disorders.

  • Coaching is future-focused and intended for personal and professional development.

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes that result from coaching.

If you are experiencing a medical or psychological emergency, please contact a licensed healthcare professional.

3. Assessment and Educational Use

Our assessments (including the EDGE Assessment) are designed for educational and self-development purposes only. Results are not definitive psychological diagnoses.

You may share your results publicly or privately, but you may not:

  • Copy, resell, or misrepresent the assessment or results as your own

  • Modify or republish content without our written permission

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • Certain services may be non-refundable once delivered (e.g. 1:1 coaching sessions, digital downloads, personalized assessments).

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling (for Coaching)

  • Coaching sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Missed or late cancellations may result in forfeited sessions unless otherwise agreed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Fit For Flow—including but not limited to the EDGE framework, course materials, brand language, quizzes, and graphics—is the intellectual property of Fit For Flow LLC and protected under copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, share, or distribute our materials without written permission.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

We value your trust. All personal information shared through coaching, assessments, or the website is kept confidential and handled according to our Privacy Policy.

In coaching relationships:

  • Sessions are confidential unless you give written consent to share.

  • Exceptions may apply if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, in which case we are legally or ethically obligated to report.

8. Technology and Service Access

We do our best to ensure uninterrupted access to our site and services, but we can’t guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fit For Flow LLC will not be held liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

  • Any actions you take based on coaching advice or assessment outcomes.
